These are the documents that cover FIELDFOLIO: the website at fieldfolio.io, the web app, and the iPhone app. Using FIELDFOLIO means you accept the Terms and Conditions, and the iPhone app also comes with the End User License Agreement. The other pages cover specific parts. If two documents seem to disagree about the same thing, the more specific one wins for that topic.
Core terms
- Terms. The main agreement: accounts, your content, acceptable use, the disclaimer (not professional or code-compliance advice), your responsibility for your work, warranties, indemnity, liability limits, termination, and governing law.
- Subscriptions, Billing and Refund Policy. Pro, Crew, trade packs and GC plans, renewals, cancellation, taxes, and refunds.
- End User License Agreement (EULA). The license for the iPhone app and the installed web app. Includes the Apple terms, with Apple as a third-party beneficiary.
Privacy and data
- Privacy Policy. What we collect, why, who processes it, how long we keep it, and your rights. It also covers cookies and browser storage and customer and worker data for businesses.
- Manage your plan. Change or cancel a plan, or permanently delete your account and cloud data.
Reports and notices
- DMCA and Copyright Takedown. How to report content that infringes your copyright, and how to answer a notice.
- Security and Vulnerability Disclosure. How to report a security problem to us, what is in scope, and what we ask of researchers.
- Accessibility Statement. Where we aim to be, where we fall short today, and how to tell us about a barrier.
